Panamá

Panama has coasts on the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean.  On the Caribbean Coast there are more than one thousand islands.  One of them is the Kuna Yala Island home to the Kuna indians.  Many of these islands are deserted and the only witness to their existence is the ocean.  On the Pacific, you will find extensive white sand beaches bathed by blue water surrounded by dense tropical vegetation.  On both shores you may practice sports fishing, diving and snorkeling among other sports.

Panama City is a cosmopolitan city with modern hotels, convention centers, museums, shopping centers and a history that is kept alive in monuments like the Metropolitan Church, Bolivar Plaza or the Presidential Palace.
